Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Putnam 2025 and its suppliers or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for the inability to use equipment or access data, data loss, business loss, loss of profits, business interruption, or similar situations, or for the inability to use the account services or website provided under these Terms, regardless of the theory of liability, including breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability, or otherwise, even if Putnam 2025 or its suppliers or partners have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if the remedies provided in this Agreement are found to have failed in their essential purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Putnam 2025's total liability for any actual damages caused to you for any reason shall be limited to the amount you actually paid to Putnam 2025 for any services provided under these Terms.
Termination
Without limiting any other provisions of this Agreement, Putnam 2025 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny you access to and use of the account services in the event of a serious violation of these Terms or applicable laws, including but not limited to violations of any representations, warranties, or covenants contained in these Terms or any applicable laws or regulations. If such violations are not corrected within ten (10) business days after notice of the violation is given, we may, at our sole discretion, terminate your access to the account services or delete your account without further warning.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be in conflict with the law by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
